5. The security of your member account

Upon completing the registration process for the Service, you will create a user name and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify WebCareBox of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. WebCareBox cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.

6. Payments and Billing

By selecting a product or service, you agree to pay WebCareBox either the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated. Subscription payments will be charged on a prepaid basis on the day you register and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. Payments are non-refundable. Additional payment terms may be included in other communications.

7. Service Fees

By signing up for a web care service, you agree to pay WebCareBox the applicable setup fees and recurring fees. The applicable fees will be billed from the day your services are established and in advance of your use of such services. WebCareBox reserves the right to change the payment terms and fees upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to you. Services may be cancelled by you at any time by sending an email notice to WebCareBox.

Unless you notify WebCareBox before the end of the applicable subscription period that you wish to cancel a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorise us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee for such subscription (as well as any taxes) using any payment mechanism we have on record for you. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by contacting our support team.

8. Service Support

All subscriptions include access to support through the technical support software system. “Support” means the ability to make requests for technical assistance through the ticketing system at any time (with reasonable efforts by WebCareBox to respond within 24-48 business hours). All support will be provided in accordance with WebCareBox’s standard services practices, procedures and policies as described at https://webcarebox.com/plans/.

9. Disclaimer

The materials on WebCareBox’s website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. WebCareBox makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, WebCareBox does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
